• Real-time GPS location (during active deliveries only)

🤝 3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

• With Restaurants: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the restaurant fulfilling your order
• With Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared for delivery purposes
• Payment Processors: We use Razorpay for payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or government authorities
• Business Transfer: In case of merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity

📍 4. Location Data

We collect location data in the following scenarios:

• Users: Location is collected only when you place an order to determine delivery address and estimate delivery time. We do not track your location continuously.
• Delivery Partners: Real-time GPS location is collected only during active delivery sessions to provide live tracking to customers. Location sharing stops when delivery is completed.

You can deny location permissions, but this may affect app functionality such as automatic address detection.

All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• We do not store your complete credit/debit card numbers
• UPI IDs are stored securely for settlement purposes only
• Wallet balance is maintained on our secure servers
• Refunds are processed to your Khanamangao wallet within minutes

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt algorithm
